As Kanye West returns to fashion, his political career continues to dip. After months of going underground, the rapper has just begun coming back to the limelight. A few offensive interviews and posts later, the entertainer is ready to leave behind his anti-Semitic thoughts and gain back his billionaire status. But with this change, his political career has taken a back seat.

The ‘Donda’ singer made rounds of controversy with his elections when he held hands with activist Milo Yiannopoulos. But the artist has been caught up with other things and his campaign is losing its hold on supporters. To top it, a campaign treasurer has now alleged that the British commentator has committed financial fraud.

Kanye West’s campaign treasurer drops a bomb about Milo Yiannopoulos

Elections are where dirt on any politician from any year is dug up. Kanye West was no exception. According to Politico, his former campaign treasurer has accused ally Milo Yiannopolus of financial fraud with the campaign funds. In a letter written to Federal Commission, Patrick Krason announced his resignation given on Monday. As per the claim made in 2022, Yiannopolus made fake invoices of expenditures and things that would be deemed unlawful.

He apparently purchased digital assets by taking funds from both Rep Marjorie Taylor and Ye’s campaign and donations. The Britisher has refused any such allegations so far. As per him, they should not be given any credit, as they are ridiculous and can be easily disproven. Ye previously went to Donald Trump’s house for dinner with Milo Yiannopoulos, which caused a lot of stir. The rapper echoed the 38-year-old’s anti-Semitic views, which dragged the two in trouble.

Despite that, the duo has been spotted hanging out several times.

Will Kanye West win the Presidency in 2024?

West first stood for election in 2020. His White House plans resembled that of the Black Panther’s Wakanda world. Fortunately for his opposition, he lost the election. But that did not break his ambition. He came back in 2024 with a strong start by going on campaign meets. However, the “Death con 3 on Jew people” pretty much put an end to his dream of pulling campaigns. The rapper has currently stopped the campaign and is concentrating on the Yeezy 10 collection.
