Kanye West and North West Release a Vision of the ‘Vultures’ Music Video in Works
Within a world where celebrity offspring tend to hog the spotlight before learning the art of shoelace tying, North West emerges as a pint-sized powerhouse with no need for formal introductions. North West’s upcoming feature on her father’s latest album with Ty Dolla $ign swiftly became the talk of the town. Thanks to its clever sampling of an obscure Pennsylvania high school cheerleading clip, the 10-year-old’s irresistible charisma is about to steal the spotlight on the ‘Vultures’ track.
Fans are still counting down the days until they can finally feast their ears on the project. Meanwhile, Kanye West keeps treating them to tantalizing glimpses of what is in store. Recently, he shared another post on Instagram of North West planning her music video.

On Wednesday, the seasoned Chicago rapper shared a video on his Instagram featuring his 10-year-old. The clip featured North West narrating scenes she came up with while going through a vision board which included driving a Lamborghini, going to basketball practice, posing with friends in ‘Vultures’ merchandise, having dinner at Nobu, facing off with paparazzi, and more. Captioning the video, the rapper wrote, “TALKING VIDEO TREATMENT BY YOUR BESTIE MS MS WESTIE”.
The video featured an early music video concept with pictures of cars, Malibu, athletes, religious symbols, and, of course, vultures. Last December, North West swung by her dad’s listening party for the joint ‘Vultures’ album with Ty Dolla $ign. During the event, she hopped on stage and lip-synced her part on a track named ‘You Don’t Want’. While details about the ‘Vultures’ release have been a bit up in the air, it seems the album is locked in for a February 9th drop.
Ahead of the release, North West showcased her artistic side in a heartfelt tribute to her father, Kanye West.

Ty Dolla $ign shared a photo carousel on Instagram on Tuesday, January 23, revealing the three covers for his upcoming joint album with Ye, ‘Vultures’. The collection included a hand-drawn portrait of the duo, crafted by the 10-year-old. The sketch depicted Kanye West donning a ‘Vultures’ t-shirt with a “¥$” tattoo on his right arm, and Ty Dolla sporting matching ink on his cheek. During his teenage years, the Yeezy mogul had also earned a scholarship to Chicago’s American Academy of Art, where he fine-tuned his craft as a fine arts student.
Back in 2020, some of West’s early sketches unexpectedly surfaced on an episode of PBS’ Antiques Roadshow. The collection, now in the possession of the rapper’s cousin following his mother Donda West’s passing, was appraised at a value ranging from $16,000 to $32,000. While it is still unknown whether North West will tread an artistic path, she is undeniably embracing her father’s musical legacy.
