However, they fell out when Minaj began dating Meek Mill, who accused the ‘Hotline Bling’ singer of having ghostwriters. Now Drake has made all announcements that not only proved peace but also a new collaboration.

On 8th July, Drake performed in Detroit at the Little Caesars Arena. This is when he revealed about he and Nicki Minaj doing their very first song together after a long time. He confessed to having a lot of love for the artist before moving on to his performance.

Her feature for his album will be their first in twelve years. They have a long list of collaborations, but one of the first ones released was ‘Best I Ever Had’ remix in 2009. ‘Make Me Proud’, ‘Up All Night’, and ‘We Are’ came in the following years, with the last track being ‘Papi’s Home’ in 2021. The two have shared a mutual respect for each other, and Drake even confessed to liking her once.

On the career front, this is a big collaboration for ‘The Pink Print’ singer with her song with Kanye West trending already.
