Just Days After a Legal Win Against Adidas, Kanye West Finds Himself Wrapped in Law Suit From a Paparazzo
Among his several ongoing wars with life, Kanye West finally conquered one of them. Fans know that Adidas froze $75 million in the bank accounts of the singer last year. Though the giant sportswear brand won the lawsuit last year, a federal recently overturned the judgment. The verdict said that Ye should have been given a fair chance to challenge this freeze.
According to the court, this money belongs to the former Yeezy owner and he can claim it now. Alas, just when the first ray of happiness seemed to fall on the fashion and music mogul, he is now stuck in a new lawsuit.

In an exclusive report shared by TMZ, it is stated that a female paparazzo has sued the ‘Donda’ singer for misconduct. The photographer named Nichol Lechmanik put charges of assault, battery, and negligence on him. The lawsuit comes five months after a heated argument took place between him and the paparazzi.
The incident happened when the Atlanta-based musician was leaving after attending one of the basketball matches of North West. The publication revealed that the rapper was furious that the paparazzi were taking his pictures and searching through the pockets of one of them. And when he noticed Lechmanik, he rushed toward her yelling, “You all ain’t gonna run up on me like that!”. The paparazzi got scared when he aggressively asked them to take their cameras down.
This is when the Grammy winner ripped her phone and tossed it on the road. Moreover, the photographer also mentioned that he might have been carrying a weapon with him. Following this, she reported the whole incident to the Sheriff’s department. Apart from the verbal statement, this moment has been captured by other paparazzi and fans.

The business partner of the victim party was also available at the moment when West and Lechmanik encountered. She recorded the whole incident from her passenger’s seat. TMZ has obtained all the pictures and video which shows that this rapper was actually furious. This misbehavior has heavily toiled on the photographer, who couldn’t get back to work because of this incident.
Although it remains unknown that Lechmanik has asked for monetary damages, she did request in her lawsuit to prevent Kanye West from physically touching or harassing anyone.
