Ye basically disappeared from the limelight post, releasing his incomplete ‘Donda 2’ album on Stem Player. The entertainer has been keeping a low profile, aggressively avoiding any public appearances or the paparazzi. But that has not kept fans from hoping for more music from him.

After going underground, remarrying, and taking the time off, Ye seems to have returned. Although the artist still remains invisible, his mere voice is enough to cause a wave of excitement. So when Fivio Foreign dropped a new post on Instagram, it was the little hint of Kanye West that garnered attention.

Fivio Foreign gives a hint of a new collaboration with Kanye West

Kanye West has grown selective about the music he has been making over the last few years. ‘Big Drip’ singer and Grammy nominee Fivio Foreign dropped a fresh Instagram post about his latest ongoing project. “I earned mines,” read his caption, with several photos of the rapper along with a clip. The first few photos showed him armed with his headphones working through some music, while the fourth slide showcased his ‘Donda’ nomination certificate for Album of the Year during Grammy’s 2021.

The last clip also dropped a surprising hint. “Everyone know it/And I’m not, no I’m not,” were the lyrics with the familiar voice of none other than Kanye West. While you cannot see Ye in the video, it certainly is his voice. Now, this upcoming collaboration comes after their work together on ‘Donda’. The singer collaborated with Ye for the ‘Off the Grid’ and ‘OK OK’ songs back then. Later, he and Alicia Keys joined the rapper to make ‘City of Gods’ in 2022.

During a 2022 interview with XXL, Fivio Foreign revealed how his first interaction with Ye was over the phone. His freestyle techniques caught the attention of Ye, after which the latter flew him to Atlanta and they began their first collaboration.
