Although it may seem so, the grass is apparently not always greener on the side Ye (formerly known as Kanye West) resides. While it had been all fun and games making a song with his daughter on it, ex-wife Kim Kardashian does not seem to hold friendly sentiments in regards to these actions of his. Ye's 'LONELY ROADS STILL GO TO SUNSHINE' with its bubbly AI-generated visuals did not have the same effect on the second-born Kardashian, eliciting one of the most menacing tussles in history. Ye's last resort as of now seems to be to helplessly call out for justice.

Seemingly done against the wishes of the eleven-year-old North West's mother, Kim Kardashian, co-parenting to its fullest does not seem to be in Ye's books, for the time being at least.

Following the disagreement between the ex-wife and ex-husband, Ye's parenting rights, as in favor of Kim Kardashian's wishes, seem to be at stake. The Kardashian family, internet mogul, had tried to trademark their daughter's name to get an upper-hand in blocking the release of Ye's musical endeavor with North West. With a down-right declaration of animosity between the two, Ye has now taken to X to express his grief upon having his kids potentially whisked away from him. With his voice as loud as it can get virtually, Ye shouts his wish to not just "SEE" his kids but to also "RAISE" them. "I NEED TO HAVE SAY SO OF WEAR THEY GO TO SCHOOL" he bemoans.

Ye released 'LONELY ROADS STILL GO TO SUNSHINE' featuring Diddy, his son Christian Combs, and his daughter North West, despite Kim Kardashian's legal attempts to block it. The song includes a verse from North West, which the SKIMS owner strongly opposed due to Ye's recent behavior and the controversy surrounding Diddy. Sources say Kim fears her daughter's involvement in the drama. Ye posted a text exchange with Kim Kardashian, declaring they were heading for battle just before the song's release. This comes amidst the rapper's recent controversies, including his separation with Bianca Censori and public outbursts.

Ye seems to be one of heaven's strongest soldiers when it comes to having bad days  because the rapper has had quite a few in recent times.

Ye's streak of waking up on the wrong side of the bed

Amidst swirling rumors of a split between Ye and Bianca Censori, Ye was seen in Los Angeles with a woman resembling Censori, fueling further speculation. The woman sported a conservative black outfit, a stark contrast to Censori's bold fashion choices. The appearance occurred alongside reports of Ye's financial struggles, including a failed $20 million deal and mounting debts, worsened by the lack of a prenup. Insiders hint that Censori may leave, adding another layer of uncertainty to Ye's situation.

With Ye's release of 'LONELY ROADS STILL GO TO SUNSHINE'  featuring his daughter North West,  Kim Kardashian's attempts to block it seem to have been ignored. The primary reason to the conflict seems to be Kardashian's strongly opposed involvement of daughter North West due to Ye's recent controversies and Diddy's presence on the song. The disagreement highlights ongoing co-parenting issues, with Kanye's rights as a parent potentially at stake. Kanye has expressed his desire to raise his children and have a say in their education and much more, on social media platform X.
