How Travis Scott Followed Kanye West’s Footsteps in His New Album
Travis Scott finally made his awaited comeback with the much-anticipated album ‘Utopia’. After hitting rock bottom following his Astro World concert tragedy, the rapper had been away from the limelight. However, after continuous delays and numerous speculations, the ‘Stargazing’ hitmaker finally dropped his album. Unsurprisingly, ‘Utopia’ has taken the internet by storm with fans going gaga over the album. And it seems like Travis has followed Kanye West‘s footsteps in a peculiar manner on one of his songs.
Not long ago, Travis Scott and Kylie Jenner ended their relationship of nearly 5 years. Even though the couple still co-parent their two kids, both of them seemed to have moved on. As we all know, Jenner is rumored to be dating Timothée Chalamet following her split from the rapper. However, it seems like Scott does not seem to be as happy seeing the new pair.

On his song ‘Meltdown’ featuring Drake, he took a dig at the Call Me By Your Name actor. Scott rapped, “Chocolate AP and chocolate the Vs got the Willy Wonka factory (Vs) Burn an athlete like it’s calories find another flame hot as me, bi*ch.” The ‘Butterfly Effect’ singer referenced the super expensive Audemars Piguet watch while comparing the actor filming as Willy Wonka.
Moreover, he bragged that Kylie would not be able to find someone like him. Meanwhile, this is also not the first time we saw something like that happen with the Kardashian sisters. As we all know, Kanye West went all out against comedian Pete Davidson after he started dating the model.
The rapper dedicated multiple social media posts and even released a song taking shots at Davidson. Following that, everyone saw Davidson go through a rough patch mentally and also parted ways with Kardashian. At the same time, the Franchise hitmaker also mimicked Ye on his latest album.
