However, just last month, the 46-year-old ended up debuting a brand new look that floored his fans. In pictures that went viral, Ye could be seen showing off a new set of permanent, titanium teeth grills that he had gotten.

While it might have been a rather iconic move for the rapper to take inspiration from the James Bond villain, Jaws, it looks like his latest endeavor might be backfiring on him.

Just a day ago, Kanye West took to his Instagram to address the backlash he was receiving for posting his wife, Bianca Censori. While the rapper went on a spiel about how he could post whatever he wanted, fans were only focused on one thing. It was a weird lump that could be seen in the middle of the 46-year-old’s upper lip. The spotting of it ended up starting a fan frenzy online.

After fans noticed the growth, they took to the comments to ask West what it was and if everything was alright with his health. However, the rapper chose not to acknowledge the concerns yet. The growth has popped up close to a month after the father of four had experimental dental work done by celebrity dentist, Dr. Thomas Connelley, to put in his titanium implants.

While the dental implants might have caused Ye’s sudden growth on his lip, the rapper had spent a lot of money on his titanium grills.

After nearly a decade of being with Kim Kardashian, it looks like Kanye West has picked up on some of the reality star’s blingy accessories. While he seems to have stuck to dull colors and baggy clothes, the rapper went all out and got himself a custom titanium James Bond-inspired grill set. Once those pictures made their way online, it was reported that the set had cost him around $850k.

While it has not even been a month since the rapper debuted his new look, it looks like he might have to go back to his non-Jaws-like appearance. However, with the Yeezy creator finally being back on Spotify’s lists, he might be able to start planning his next big splurge.
