The rapper shifted his base from Japan to Italy, leading the fans to guess he would appear at Travis Scott’s Roman leg of the ‘Utopia’ album show. Moreover, Scott was spotted wearing the infamous shoulder pads that Ye has often been seen sporting in public. And finally, when it was time, Scott surprised the Roman audience with a stellar introduction. He sent chills down everybody’s spine with, “There is no Utopia without Kanye West.
