“He is not right”- Adin Ross Calls Out Ye for Targeting an Up-And-Coming Online Streamer
Ye, formerly Kanye West, has played a huge role in reshaping the very landscape of rap. He did not just rewrite the rules of hip-hop, but has also been the driving force behind a wave of new talent hitting the mainstream. The rapper is an artist with the power of turning unknowns into overnight sensations in the blink of an eye. This also means that the flip side of this phenomenon could be equally prevalent.
Recently, Ye targeted a budding YouTube star who is steadily rising as a sensation in the online streaming sphere. This drew criticism from Adin Ross, who is also a figure within the same circle.

Recently, Ye made an appearance on The Download with Justin Laboy, where he tagged Kai Cenat, an online streamer and YouTuber, as an "industry plant" for criticizing YZY clothing. In response, Adin Ross jumped to Kai Cenat's defense, stressing how the YouTube personality started from scratch and climbed his way up in the industry. Dismissing the entire accusation as "stupid", Ross firmly asserted about Ye, “He is not right”.
The whole thing started last month when Kai Cenat did a review of a pair of sweats from Ye’s YZY brand. The YouTuber seemed to struggle with the size of the pants as they kept slipping down from his waist. When Ye saw the video, he took it as a direct attack on him and his fashion line, and he lit up Kai Cenat's phone with angry texts. In response, Cenat tried to calm the situation down as fast as he could.
The Twitch streamer tried to explain his side of the story after being unexpectedly dragged into a DM battle.

In the online stream, which Ye allegedly misunderstood, Kai Cenat was actually expressing his love for the brand. He excitedly showcased the YZY package in the video and even asked for a replacement for the sweats he received. However, Ye interpreted it as Cenat just messing around, to which the streamer responded by clarifying that “no jokes was being said”.
The YouTuber also tried to explain to the rapper that all he “did was try on the sweats and it didn't fit”. However, it seems like Kai Cenat’s explanation did not calm Ye down. Instead, he saw him as being "controlled" like a "pawn", which also brought back memories of Ye's long-standing feud with Kick streamer Adin Ross.
