Ye, once known as Kanye West, has made a name for himself by constantly pushing the envelope in his sartorial choice. This also earned him a reputation for thinking outside the box. But it turns out he is equally passionate about styling his significant others. Nearly every person connected to the rapper has seen a major fashion transformation after dating him. Recently, one of Ye's exes has come forward, confirming the whispers that he enjoys meeting women and giving them makeovers like real-life Barbie dolls. 

Amber Rose, who dated Ye for two years, shared her story of being with the ‘Donda’ rapper, known for revamping his partners.

Amber Rose and Ye were an item from 2008 until their messy split in 2010. Now, over a decade later, Rose revealed on Thursday's episode of Just B with Bethenny Frankel podcast that her former partner insisted she “dress very sexy,” during their time together. She has always been quite "conservative," she added. And it was only when she was with Ye that she became “sexpot type of girl," because of her dressing style. 

Given that it was her first time dating a celebrity, with all the public attention, and considering she was quite “young” at the time, she just went with the flow, "although it was far from who she was". Rose also mentioned that the “sexy image pushed on her continued to affect her even after they broke up, limiting the kind of work she could get. Rose is not the only ex of Ye's who has spoken out against his supposed fashion influence on his partners.

 Kim Kardashian has also spoken out against Ye's fashion behaviors and how he supposedly forces them to his partners. 

Last year, when Ye and Bianca Censori were making headlines with the latter's daring fashion choices in Europe, Closer Magazine received insider information that Kim Kardashian was worried. The SKIMS owner wanted to reach out to Bianca Censori. As per Kardashian, "Kanye did not learn his lesson and that he feels it’s OK to treat people like this." She also allegedly felt that Censori was making the same mistake as her. However, there was a slight difference in Ye's fashion preference for Kardashian. 

Daily Mail reported this January that Kim Kardashian finds it "slightly odd" that during her time with Ye, he was always urging her to cover her up. He did not want her to show any skin and wanted her to tone down There was also a video from the reality TV show Keeping Up With the Kardashians that resurfaced, where Ye was shown criticizing his then-wife for wearing revealing outfits. Nonetheless, it is becoming increasingly evident that perhaps the rapper does influence his partner's style, in one way or another.
