Grammy Awards 2025: Fans Go Berserk as Ye and Bianca Censori Bring Their Signature Risqué Fashion to The Carpet
Ye, better known to the world as Kanye West, recently made a return to the Grammys—but he did not come alone. His wife, Bianca Censori, made her red carpet debut with Ye at the 2025 Grammys, and she certainly made a statement. She wore a completely see-through dress that looked like it was made from sheer stockings. At first, she arrived bundled up in an oversized black fur coat. But as soon as it was time to pose for photos, she slipped it off, revealing a transparent slip that left very little to the imagination.
Ye, meanwhile, rocked a classic black tee and tailored black trousers, oozing his signature minimalist style. This marked Ye’s first Grammys appearance since 2015 when he walked the red carpet arm-in-arm with his now ex-wife, Kim Kardashian. And today, he is back, nominated for Best Rap Song with his track ‘Carnival' from 'Vultures'. Now the big question is whether his wins will be just as jaw-dropping as his wife's daring red carpet look. Last year, this very track became Ye’s first Hot 100 No. 1 since 2011.

It was also Ye's fifth chart-topper, which made him the only rap artist to land a No. 1 across three different decades. That puts him in the same league as legends like Elton John, Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder, and Rod Stewart, all of whom are known for their long-standing popularity. On top of that, 'Carnival' became the second No. 1 for Ty Dolla $ign on the Hot 100, and the first for both Rich the Kid and Playboi Carti. But despite all the accolades, the title ended up in someone else’s hands.
In the end, Ye lost the Best Rap Song award to one of his close industry friends, someone he had stood by and supported throughout 2024.
The verdict for best rap song is in, and Ye’s name is not on it
One of the biggest events in the hip-hop world in 2024 was the rap beef between Kendrick Lamar and Drake. Ye also got himself involved in the drama and made it very clear who was getting his support. Not only did Ye publicly call out Drake in the beef, but he also dropped a remix of Lamar’s diss track, ‘Like That,' the original of which also ended up being nominated for Best Rap Song at the Grammys. But it was Lamar’s ‘Not Like Us’ that snagged the Best Rap Song win during the 2025 Grammy Premiere Ceremony, right before the main event.

A few minutes earlier in the pre-show, Kendrick Lamar's ‘Not Like Us’ also took home the Grammy for Best Rap Performance. Right after that, the hit Drake diss track even went on to bag the Best Music Video award. With three Grammy wins already in the bag for 2025, Lamar is also up for four more awards, including Record of the Year and Song of the Year. But for Ye, the only thing that could make some headlines was the unconventional red-carpet fashion that he and Bianca Censori brought to the event.
