The ubiquitous rapper started out with humble roots as a freestyler around the 2000s. However, thanks to his dedicated talent and hum of the beats, he rose to prominence with his first-ever and resounding Grammy wins back in 2005. The year would also correspond to him celebrating his 28th birthday alongside his mother, Donda West, and key players from across the music industry. Music veteran, John Monopoly, shared a throwback picture on Instagram from that fateful day featuring the mother-son duo alongside Sean “P. Diddy” Combs, L. Londell McMillan, and other guests.
The rapper held a strong bond with his mother, which was evident when he named his tenth studio album, ‘Donda’. Meanwhile, Monopoly also shared warm relations with the ‘Flashing Lights’ singer and holds credit for ‘discovering’ him and calling on the spotlights. In return, Ye had gifted a customized Lamborghini SUV worth $300,000 to his former manager. Additionally, the heart-warming call back was captioned as “We miss you Dr West !!” Alongside the hashtag, “fam”, the post came on Donda West’s 16th death anniversary month.
On his current slate of things, the singer is busy working on his next studio album to succeed the ‘Donda’ titles.
Ye takes to Saudi Arabia for latest music production
After shifting from one country to another for the most part of this year, Ye has now turned to the Middle Eastern leg of his sojourn. Months after an album coming off of Florence was a possibility, the rapper’s entire studio team has shifted bases along with him to AlUla in Saudi Arabia. While no new music deadline or concert news has come forward, West played some fresh tunes for music mogul, J. Prince, much to his liking.

On the other side of the stick, Ye has thrown off utopian vibes while soaking in the desert sun. Along the lines, he also headlined several visits in Riyadh as well as in Dubai, UAE, alongside his daughter, North West. Finally, the trip was also witness to the rapper talking business at a few junctions. Regardless, music still stands of paramount importance to the fans.
