Fans Fact-Check Ye’s Cyber Truck to Verify if It Is Actually Linked to Yeezy or Tesla
Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, is known for his investments in real estate and music. But the rapper also boasts a luxurious automobile collection which is not talked about enough. From Mercedes-Benz, Aston Martin, Lamborghini, and Bugatti, to Porsche, and more, Ye’s garage is filled with an eye-catching collection. And the rapper recently added one more to the list- a Cyber Truck. The Cyber Truck has been on the hype train ever since Tesla started the first batch of deliveries last year.
Amidst this, Ye’s Cyber Truck has now become a mystery. A post has been going viral on X, featuring a shiny black Cyber Truck alleged that it was a new venture from Ye’s Yeezy. However, as soon as the reactions started flowing in, X had to put up a community post to inform fans that the truck was not affiliated with either Yeezy or Tesla. It is a Lo-Res Car that was sold by the footwear company, United Nude, in an auction on October 15, 2021.

Instead of $1.2 Million, it cost $111,111. And instead of three, there were four versions that were created for promotional needs which took three years for the internet to catch on and make it a viral Yeezy product. The Cyber Truck, as can be seen, has an all-black, ultra-modern vibe, and clean lines tapered into a pyramid-like top and a Knight Rider-esque brake light at the back. The fact check canceled the claims made in the caption which did not sit well with fans.
Fans did not go easy on the fake Yeezy product and flooded X with criticism for the design. They started making unflattering comparisons about the car to outdated technology.
Ye’s Fake Yeezy Cyber Truck became the topic of debate among fans
Lately, Ye has been steering his attention towards making his brand as diversely catered as possible. Recently, he made the controversial move of coming up with a Yeezy adult film business, a decision that has already caused a stir internally in the company. This had many fans convinced that the truck might just be another attempt of the rapper to expand his entrepreneurial wings. And it did not take them long to make a mockery of the design.
Many fans, along with the car, also ridiculed the ‘Donda’ rapper, not knowing it was a fake Yeezy product.
They appreciated the community post feature that saves fans from buying into such misinformation.

Ye, however, is an owner of Tesla’s Cyberbeast and he also took it on a ride during his son, Saint West’s basketball match. However, he chose not to drive himself, which was a wise move considering the kind of media scrutiny he has. Nonetheless, it has been made clear that the viral car in question is in no way linked to either Yeezy or Tesla.
