So much so that it is still remembered as one of his biggest and most impressive performances.

RapTv posted on Twitter about how Ye held his Donda listening party two years ago in the lavish Mercedes-Benz Stadium. It is a multipurpose big stadium in Georgia, Atlanta that can be rented, and where the rapper dwelled for months to make music. Forty thousand fans attended the event as they witnessed the creative genius covered in red attire singing for them.

Many people marked the event as a unique experience, with Ye just performing instead of talking to the crowd. Tickets for the event were sold for $20-50 and the show was sold out within minutes.

The fact that he managed to garner an audience despite going through controversies proved how big of an event it was. Two years later now fans are still expressing their love for it.

When Kanye West performs, it is expected to be big. And thus the performance at the Mercedes Benz stadium still has people talking. One fan even compared it to history being made with the event.

‘Donda’ was not only a commercial success but also won two major awards, one for Best Rap Album and one for Best Rap Song. Ever since, fans have been waiting for a big album launch.
