"False Information"- Beyoncé’s Mother Denies Claims of Her Daughter Being Paid to Endorse Kamala Harris
Earlier this year, Kamala Harris attracted a star-studded lineup of endorsements, with some of Hollywood’s biggest names. Stars attended rallies, promoted her extensively on social media, and even performed at events to engage Democratic party voters. While this campaign did attract attention, it also drew criticism from conservative circles. Very soon, critics on the right started claiming that the entire show was bought and paid for. And recently, it was alleged that the heftiest paycheck of the bunch went to Beyoncé for her role in the campaign.
Now, Beyoncé’s mother is fiercely denying the accusations that her daughter has been pulling the wool over the eyes of the American public.

Popular right-wing political commentator and pundit, Candace Owens, recently made a claim that Beyoncé was paid $10 million to speak at a Kamala Harris campaign rally in Houston. However, lacking any credible evidence to support this accusation, Owens' Instagram video was flagged shortly thereafter, even though it is still available on other platforms. Tina Knowles, Beyoncé’s mother, quickly reshared the flagged post on her own Instagram, calling out Owens' baseless allegations against her daughter. Knowles stated, “It’s called False Information.”
Knowles also assured that Beyoncé did not get paid any money for speaking at Harris’s rally. While she did not directly name Owens, the 70-year-old was not shy about pointing the finger at those spreading lies, accusing them of not only hurting Beyoncé’s reputation but also trying to weaken the power of the presidential candidate. Beyoncé’s presence at the rally was not just criticized by political commentators like Owens.
Even President Donald Trump could not resist taking shots at both Beyoncé and Kamala Harris during the Houston rally.
Donald Trump’s disapproval of Beyoncé’s support for Kamala Harris
Multiple reports, including one from MSNBC, included the pre-event announcement that Beyoncé would be attending and performing at the Democratic Party event in Houston. This drew a huge crowd to the event. However, much to everyone’s disappointment, Beyoncé only gave a short speech at the rally. During his speech in Green Bay, Donald Trump criticized both Beyoncé and Kamala Harris for letting down the fans.

Trump also claimed that Beyoncé was booed by the crowd. However, TMZ later confirmed that the audience did not boo Beyoncé; instead, they were moved by her speech. This came just after Trump took a subtle shot at Beyoncé during his rally in Traverse City. With so many claims and debunked stories, it is really up to the fans to decide which version they want to believe.
