At a time when the world is admittedly warped in the Swift magic, a question that has often puzzled the gray cells of many is about Swift’s prospects of lining up for Coachella, especially after this year’s miss. Talking about the same, a superfan spilled some beans about future predictions. 

While the superfan seemed hopeful for a future ‘headlining’, they also dissected how the snub could affect Swift.

In an exclusive interview with Netflix Junkie, the superfan behind Taylor Swift’s ‘The Eras Tour’ handle on X (formerly Twitter) shared their opinion on how the Coachella lineup missing out on Swift could impact her current status in the record industry. While they did hope for Swift to “end up headlining Coachella”, they also mentioned prompting her decision not to do it would “definitely not affect her career at this point.”.

They further stressed that “at this point in her career, if Taylor wanted to do Coachella, she would have no problem arranging that.” And although it would mean a boost in sales, “it would probably help them more with sales than it would help her.” However, considering she plans to perform at Coachella in the future, the superfan attested that it would be nothing less than “awesome”.

The superfan did clear the avenue for the impact the Coachella miss could have cost Swift. However, they also shared their opinion on how the singer could be utilizing the Coachella duration.

As Taylor Swift moves on to launch a fresh debut and kick-start the Eras Tour progress for the year, the superfan expressed how important the Coachella duration could be for Swift. They were of the opinion that since Coachella begins in April, Swift could utilize the hours in two ways. Firstly, it could be “her chance to take a long well-deserved break” after completing the “first run of international shows”.

Secondly, “she may be taking that time to roll out one of her final two re-recordings left to be released.”. And keeping in mind that the new album also drops on April 19th, the month could be jampacked for many reasons. Therefore, even with a Coachella lineup snub, it seems Taylor Swift is jetting on a power-packed schedule for April. Although this time it might not be for Coachella, who can say the same about the next year?
