Although surrounded by controversies, Ye has undoubtedly impressed not only common people but also celebrities. Recently, a star NBA player was seen wearing Yeezy-like shoes which made fans angry.

Yeezy, despite passing through massive tie-ups and breakups, is still a fan-favorite brand. After the company’s dispute with Adidas, Ye decided to uplift his brand with a lot of new inventions. He even started hiring people for his mission. On the other hand, an NBA player, Dwyane Wade, appeared in stylish white shoes. Although the player was not wearing Yeezy, fans called out Wade for wearing a copy of the brand.

Over his several-year-long career, the former American professional basketball player has collected numerous accolades. He has proven to be one of the strongest and smartest players in his field. The player also has a huge fan following all over the world. However, the loyal Kanye West fans, despite their love for Wade, did not like it when another company copied the Yeezy shoe design.

The 41-year-old player owns Way of Wade a stem of Li-Ning. This marked another professional success for this athlete. However, it did not leave fans happy to see the uncanny resemblance of Ye’s design to Wade’s shoes. Therefore, they openly expressed their views on the internet.

Fans call out the NBA player for copying Kanye West-owned Yeezy’s design

With several collaborations with different brands, Yeezy certainly made Ye billions. However, because of the ‘Donda’ creator’s controversial remarks, it took a fall, leaving everyone questioning if Ye was still a billionaire. Nevertheless, it seems other brands can not resist imitating the iconic Yeezy designs as fans point out. “Everybody copying Yeezy in one form or another,” said one of the users, while others cited examples of Yeezy shoes, too.

A handful of fans pointed out that no matter what people’s perception was of the Chicago rapper, they could not overlook his influence in the fashion world and expressed their love for their favorite rapper.

People also accused Wade of trying to be like Ye.

Fans fiercely defended the Yeezy owner. However, some fans showed their admiration for these shoes as well. Nevertheless, the majority of the fandom said these shoes have Ye’s blueprint all over it.
