How far can you go for a shot of ‘Espresso’? Well, according to Drake, whatever it takes. Fresh off the Super Bowl LIX highlights that had fans convinced Drizzy for scrambling for shelter against the K-Dot fireworks, the ‘Hotline Bling’ star has returned to the newsweek headlines for traveling the extra mile, and prompting jaws to drop left and right on the floor. Trading the weekend happy hours for midweek club outings, Drake just left the world on a caffeine high with the most bizarre showstopper of an ‘Espresso’ scoop.
X is currently swarming with screen-recorded snippets from an Instagram user, ivysaur’s Close Friends story, showing Drake from an aerial view inside a nightclub. But what had the Internet flooring and rolling out in a laughter riot was the caption, claiming Drizzy reportedly rented out the entire nightclub to play Stake slots alone while listening to Sabrina Carpenter’s ‘Short n’ Sweet’ record on repeat. Though quite unusually extra for an ‘Espresso’ shot, fans believe it must be just another Tuesday in Drizzy’s empire.

Technically, clubs are where people seek liquid courage more than caffeine high. But Drake was spotted taking both the shots one at a time, sitting amidst the lounge with a MacBook on his lap, and a few drinks on the table in front. Though the snippets are quite hazy, the Canadian appears to be sporting a voluminous fur coord set, nearly resembling a giant quilt from afar. However, as soon as the news broke out, X went wild, and the clips worldwide.
Initially, fans had their doubts about the clip’s truth claim. However, as one outlet backed up another, making the video go viral, they could not help but laugh out loud.
Drake’s bizarre Tuesday stunts with Sabrina Carpenter on repeat has fans wheezing
After Kendrick Lamar and Drake went head-to-head against each other last year, vying for the crown of hip-hop, both the parties confronted shots from each other’s fandom, losing and winning some. Though the beef only got intense until K-Dot’s mic-drop moment this Super Bowl, the skeptics of Drake are taking an about-turn, unsure if they can keep up the hate after he legit had them floored with a single snippet from his Tuesday routine.
It was a tough call, but fans were divided between two laugh-out-loud moments.

They could not decide which was more of a hilarious extreme: the random Tuesday club rental or the fact that Sabrina Carpenter was the life of the party… and the only one on the playlist. However, those who thought Drake was crying himself a river after Super Bowl LIX were so wrong. Turns out, he just made a deposit into his happiness account and the receipt says priceless.
