Double Delight: Queen Beyoncé Drops Hot New Single in the Wake of Her ‘Renaissance’ Movie
The music industry is constantly evolving, with new performers appearing on the scene daily. However, in the middle of the newness, some other musicians have ruled the charts for decades. The most prominent artist in this genre is Beyoncé. Following her successful Renaissance World tour, she stunned millions of Beyhive members with a tour-inspired film. To mark the film and offer her admirers an early Christmas present, the diva has released a new single, which has sparked tremendous anticipation.
The freshly released single follows the premiere of Renaissance: A Movie by Beyoncé and has already taken the world by storm with its tempting sounds.

The world was already buzzing before the release of her tour-inspired movie. Further, to commemorate the film’s debut, the singer has released her track ‘My House’, which is also available on YouTube and Spotify. Not only do the strong metal sounds dominate the single, but the ‘Formation’ singer raps during the dance sequence as well. The song begins with one of the singer’s signature laugh before stating, “Here we go again.”
The Grammy winner began the song with a fast-paced verse before chanting, “Playa, who let these goons out of the house?” The song was played near the end of the film during the credits scene and has already received over 1 million views on YouTube within a couple of hours of its release. This further cemented Beyoncé Knowles’ status in the music industry.
While the official collection for the first day of the tour-inspired film has not yet been released, it is expected to have a strong opening weekend.
High hopes for Renaissance: A Movie by Beyoncé
While it may be a slow post-Thanksgiving period for others, it is not the same case with Beyoncé, who’s aiming for a $30-$40 million global opening. The film, which is the second to be distributed by AMC theaters after Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour, is hoping to replicate Swift’s winning streak of $250 million globally. However, some analysts disagree because Beyoncé’s appeal is very different from that of the ‘Reputation’ singer.

According to a source close to Deadline, despite the $600 million in ticket sales for the ‘Formation’ singer’s concert tour, it will be difficult for her to surpass Taylor Swift film’s $92.8 million domestic total. The first day of pre-sales for the film, for example, saw Swift earn $65 million while Renaissance collected only $6 million. Even after the alleged battle on the international stage, both musicians retain a close friendship.
