The dawn of 2024 kick-started a new high for Kanye West as his collaboration with Ty Dolla $ign, ‘Vultures’, took flight. The album, which took off amid streaming chaos and still sails over troubled waters, may, however, have a comeback in store for the rapper. Once valued at a whopping $6.6 billion during the 2010s, Ye has fallen back hard to his current nearly $400 million net worth. Yet, a chain of events, all signaling at him picking up the pace, has started to fill the air recently.

In the latest of such signs, an interaction between the rapper and his fanbase may point to something in the offing.

Marking a major independent release, the recently launched Ye album quickly gained key favorites among his fanbase. As the streaming numbers climbed up steadily, Kanye West took a break from conventional promotion and threw an unexpected curveball at his fanbase, likely for ‘Vultures’. Taking to his Instagram, the ‘Donda’ singer shared a screen recording from his phone of an augmented reality concert show with the caption asking if any of his fans knew “a company does these stage effects.”

Left bewildered by the question, his fandom, however, quickly responded with positive responses. A few minutes later, the rapper posted another update, this time thanking his fans for linking him up with a potential group through the comments. While the posts proved the unorthodox yet close connection of Ye with his fanbase, they also pointed out that he might be on the verge of utilizing those same effects for a likely upcoming concert.
