While that has not always been the case, for some people like Gypsy Rose Blanchard, everyone seems to have a soft spot. With the 32-year-old finally out of prison after serving an 8-year sentence after the murder of her mother, she finally has a chance to live a normal life. However, during her time locked up, she picked up a liking for Taylor Swift.

While she has been nothing but vocal about her love for the ‘Cruel Summer’ singer, she recently ended up sharing some of her favorite tracks.

In a recent interview with Hollywood Reporter, Gypsy Rose Blanchard opened up about her journey. While she had a rather difficult life, those days were now behind her. During the chat, she opened up about things the world had never heard before and even discussed her documentary, The Prison Confessions of Gypsy Rose Blanchard. Apart from that, she also shared how much she loved Taylor Swift and her songs, ‘Eyes Open’ and ‘Karma.’

“All of her songs are really, really good,” admitted Blanchard. She even revealed that most of her playlist was filled with songs by the singer. Although she does like other genres of music and different artists, she somehow always gravitated back to the ‘Midnight Rain’ singer.

While it comes as no surprise that she adored the 34-year-old, the revelations came shortly after she had missed her chance at a meet and greet with her favorite star.

Gypsy Rose Blanchard’s failed attempt to meet Taylor Swift

On December 28th, Gypsy Rose Blanchard was released from prison. After spending seven years in Missouri’s Chillicothe Correctional Center, she was picked up by her husband, Ryan Anderson. That weekend, the two had planned to head to Travis Kelce’s Kansas City Chiefs game over NYE in an attempt to run into Taylor Swift. Unfortunately, her plans ultimately ended up falling through.

After her release, local law enforcement officials felt as though the parolee posed a security risk at such a big event. While it might have been due to her celebrity, they ended up choosing safety and ordered her to get out of Missouri as soon as possible. She may have missed the singer’s NYE kiss with her boyfriend, but the 32-year-old has finally got a new lease on life and there is no doubt that she will be living it to the fullest.
