As fans wiped their tears and were ensured that their tickets to the concerts would be refunded by Taylor Swift's team, a non-staff member in the form of Chris Martin offered more solace than anyone ever could with a surprise gesture.

The Vienna concerts were set to commence on August 8 to give nearly 200,000 attendees the time of their lives. However, they had to be canceled as authorities discovered a terrorist ploy at work. Fans who were set to attend the shows were left absolutely shattered.
