“Beyoncé, Beyoncé, Beyoncé”- Kendrick Lamar Collaborator DJ Mustard Picks Album of the Year Contender To Work With
Having collaborated with one of the biggest artists in 2024, Kendrick Lamar, for the song that turned the charts around, 'Not Like Us', DJ Mustard has no plans of holding his horses as he attends the Grammy Music Awards 2025. When asked what is a collaboration that he is looking forward to, DJ Mustard did not need a second to confirm that it would be the Album of the Year contender and the most nominated artist at the Grammy Music Awards 2025, “Beyoncé, Beyoncé, Beyoncé," as revealed by The Hollywood Reporter.
"We need a Mustard on a Beyoncé," the producer enthusiastically swayed into an impromptu rap, making it clear that if he does run into the 'Cowboy Carter' songstress tonight, he will not let the opportunity slip. And on that note, he also made sure to clench the Best Rap Performance award for 'Not Like Us' at the Grammy Music Awards 2025.

While DJ Mustard has been in the scene for a long time now, it was 'Not Like Us' that truly made his presence known. This was further cemented by the artist's Producer, Non-Classical nomination at the Grammy Music Awards 2025. His pick for collaboration on the other hand, Beyoncé, is currently in the midst of an award-stacked night.
Already making a grand entrance with a total of eleven nominations, mere minutes into the ceremony Beyoncé had already marked a record-shattering achievement as the first Black Woman to win in the Country genre in the past fifty years. However, while it was a first for the Country genre, it would not be the last big announcement consistent of Beyoncé this year.

DJ Mustard's childlike enthusiasm over collaborating with Beyoncé could have translated into reality at the Grammys 2025, if the 'Cowboy Carter' had not made some big commitments right before the ceremony. The most-nominated artist at the Grammys 2025, the singer had already launched a bazooka before the ceremony as she announced her 'Cowboy Carter' tour.
Beyoncé announced the 'Cowboy Carter' tour on Instagram right before the Grammy Music Awards 2025. The announcement came as a huge relief to fans who had their eyes hooked since the beginning of this year, as they helped the album take flight right on the mark. This will mark the singer's return to the stage after 2023 when she was making headlines for her 'Renaissance' tour with Blue Ivy. While DJ Mustard may not be getting his dream collaboration with Beyoncé anytime soon, the odds still remain in his favor.
