Before ‘Vultures’, Kanye West Might Drop a Lengthy Apology for Recent Statements
As prolific a career as Kanye West has had, lately, the 24-time Grammy winner has come to be known more for his controversies than his music. With each passing year, his antics and outbursts have dulled the shine of his star power. Fans are torn over how long one can separate an artist from his art; especially because of the severe nature of some of his anti-semitic rants which would have been career-ending if it were not for his remaining loyal fandom.
To rectify this very situation, the 46-year-old is believed to be working on another apology after a short one he made on Instagram last month.

Earlier today, TMZ reported that according to its sources, Ye shot a 40-minute-long apology video many weeks prior. He even enlisted a crew to film this clip. Furthermore, the report suggests that he was “rambling” incoherently through various parts of it. So, the finished product may be shorter than the 40-minute reel time. The plan is speculated to be that he will launch it sometime before his upcoming album, ‘Vultures’ releases.
Ye shared a now-deleted short essay of an apology over his anti-Semitic comments during his rave/listening party in Miami on Instagram last month. The collaborator on his album, Ty Dolla $Ign endorsed his statement by liking this post. So, it is likely that he is on board the plan to launch ‘Vultures’ after West gets his full apology out.

The last fans heard of the release date of the next album by West and Ty Dolla $ign suggested that it would arrive on January 19th. However, the aforementioned report now states that it will not drop until February 9th. While the album was supposed to be released last year itself, it has suffered never-ending delays and left fans feeling dismayed over the confusion of it all.
Some believe that the pushbacks are being caused by the nature of some lyrics on the record. Others feel that it has something to do with the fact that Ye never got permission to use samples of Backstreet Boys’ ‘Everybody’ and Nicki Minaj’s ‘New Body’ that are supposed to be included in it. Whatever the cause, West and his team’s inability to release ‘Vultures’ timely has cast a shadow on its release.
