Fresh off her Wicked success Ariana Grande is quick to jump back to her favorite role of a singer and has been working hard to entertain her fans. A day ago, the Grammy-winning singer shared a short film called Brighter Days Ahead for the deluxe version of her album 'Eternal Sunshine'. But what is more interesting in the video is Grande's appearance as an old woman sitting in a wheelchair and looking back at her old and cherished memories. At first glance, she looked absolutely unrecognizable. With the use of heavy makeup and prosthetics, Grande looked no less than The Weeknd in one his previous works. 

Fans were surprised to see Grande in this form and commended her for embracing such vulnerable looks on screen. And some were also quick to remember The Weeknd, who served similar looks, in his album 'Dawn FM,' and for its cover, he embraced a resembling appearance of an old man. The Weeknd appeared with wrinkles, gray hair, and liver spots, which also were the result of makeup and prosthetics. 

A Weeknd fan page on X by the name of 103.5 Dawn Radio was quick to take to the platform and show a collage of Grande and Weeknd in similar looks. In the caption, the user wrote, "they're twins," after that, the fans had a field day as they could not ignore the eerie similarity.  Both the singers are adored so much by their fans that their aged version was widely appreciated.

The comment section below the X post saw the fan praising the bold looks taken by both the singers. Though more interesting was how much the fans want to see them together.

The Weeknd and Ariana Grande are the biggest musical sensations. Though they follow different singing styles and vocals, their collaboration gave some of the biggest songs, providing fans a gala time. This X post gave the fans similar happiness.

While Grande won her fans' hearts with her unexpected look for her album and short film, some thought that she and The Weeknd should be a couple based on their shared music interests.

While the majority of the fans expressed their wish to see them together as partners and if that is not possible then at least for another song. Perhaps another collaboration from them might be in the cards.
