Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, stepping up on that VMA stage on that one eventful award show night, although remembered as the beginning of their rivalry, can best be defined as his most phenomenal concept drop. During the interruption speech, he may have genuinely meant that he wanted Taylor Swift to finish, but in real-time the rapper was dropping a creative bazooka that both him as well as Swift could cash off of.

Following the extended spasm of silence in the feud, fans as Ye's 'Vultures 2' track name dropped Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce, fans awaited the latter's response, and fortunately for Swift, her never-ending arrays of variants allowed her the opportunity to do so.

Putting his creative liberties to full use, Ye's 'Vultures 2' track, 'Lifestyle' DEMO version, featuring Lil Wayne and a name drop of Taylor Swift and her now boyfriend, Ye put his best soldier forward. This did not go unanswered, let alone, unnoticed, by the Eras Tour singer who has subtly renamed the track 'thanK you aIMee' to 'thank You aimEe' digital version of 'The Tortured Poets Department' to spell out Ye, while keeping the original on streaming.

Staying true to her name, the singer has used her 'The Tortured Poets Department' as a double-edged sword as the song which fans even earlier believed was a diss track with lyrics centered around a bully was titled to spell out 'KIM' as a shade to Kim Kardashian. Well known for inspiring her 'Reputation' era, if Taylor Swift did not plan to release a 'Taylor's Version' of that album before, she definitely does now.

The Real Threat to Taylor Swift’s Chart Domination Is Not Ye, but This Punk Pop Sensation

While the subtle shades definitely served as Santa's carriage back in 2016 when their feud was at an all-time high, with Taylor Swift not holding back, the difference is as loud as ever.

Taylor Swift learned the hard way that taking punches, especially publicly, is not the way to go in the music industry. Throughout the years, the songstress has evidently learned how to fight back and use the very tomatoes that were thrown at her to create her Michelin Star tracks. She now stands at a point where she does not even need to sweat out a track to give it back to Ye, as a variant drop can suffice.

The Grammy-winning singer recently shouldered the responsibility of blocking Ye's album from topping the charts, making it his first ever to not receive the honor. Moreover, this time around, Swift has more than just her Swifties backing her up, as evident by Travis Kelce's father calling out Ye.
