With the anticipation surrounding his return growing stronger than ever, the delay to the ‘Graduation’ rapper’s concert in Italy broke many hearts and ignited rumors of a canceled event. It seems that Ye is set to once again re-emerge from the ashes of a lost battle. At least that is what his partner in an upcoming album, Ty Dolla $ign, has just suggested through an X (formerly known as Twitter) post. In it, the 41-year-old simply shared the two signs, “¥$” which seem to refer to their joint record. With ¥ symbolizing Ye and $ that is used to refer to himself, he may have finally solidified the rumors of their upcoming album. 

Earlier this month, it was also revealed that the ‘Donda’ and ‘Campaign’ artists were already at the stage of selecting a distributor to launch their latest work with. Now, with this X post,  Ty Dolla $Ign confirmed fans’ suspicions that the release is in fact nearing its date. Considering the impact and star power of both rappers, this post was bound to send Twitterati ballistic.

Kanye West’s album launches are often shrouded in an aura of mystery on purpose. When an image surfaced on X alluding to these two symbols earlier, Twitterati could not contain their excitement. So, it was a given that fans would literally lose their minds if either of the two artists were to hint at it directly. And that is exactly what the comment section of Ty Dolla $Ign’s post reflects.

Many users were eager to let the artist know how “ready” they were for the album at this point.

Some could not help but ask for a release date!

Evidently, the online atmosphere was positively electrified as the hopes of Ye’s comeback were cemented by this post.
