Anxious wait of several fans through and beyond the ‘Vultures 2’ drop date ended in futility with the album receiving a release date pushback. However, the collaborative duo stands in no position to starve fans of the same awaited music as a bevy of dates for ‘Vultures 1&2’ listening parties headlined by Ye, Ty Dolla $ign and his collaborators came forward. Additionally, locations spanning several states across the US have made their way onto the list for shows stretching throughout April.
The listening parties will start with a first stop in Nashville on April 7 followed by Pittsburgh on April 9, the latter of which will be hosting Ye since his last concert there at Consol Energy Center for the ‘Watch the Throne’ tour with Jay Z in November 2011. Furthermore, the listening experience events will head to Washington DC, on April 11, Charlotte on April 12, and Tampa on April 14. In talks with a Baby Keem fan page that Ye mistook for the real personality, he disclosed May 3 as the next planned date for the release of ‘Vultures 2’. Thus, if the ‘Y$’ duo does stick to their plans, then the next volume will land just a few weeks after Taylor Swift’s ‘The Tortured Poets Department’. Additionally, it will also compete with the recent release of Beyoncé’s ‘Cowboy Carter’, which trended heavily yesterday for a mistaken credit.
Regardless, reports hold ‘Vultures 2’ as a more positive and collaborative venture than the first volume. Moreover, with new faces like JPEGMAFIA making their way onto it, Ye may potentially let loose heavy surprises. Lastly, with the rapper duo also set to take over Egypt’s pyramids for another event for the album, its hype may soon start to ascend.
