Ahead of ‘The Tortured Poets Department’, Taylor Swift Gets Her Own Channel on SiriusXM
For years, Taylor Swift has dominated the music industry and established a massive fan following. With the singer taking over platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, and more, her fans have found it upsetting that there has not been a radio channel just to tune in and listen to the 34-year-old's songs. Luckily for them, their prayers recently ended up being answered when SiriusXM took it upon themselves to bring the Swifties' vision to life.
In an attempt to coincide with Swift's upcoming 11th studio album, 'The Tortured Poets Department', the broadcasting company revealed plans for the singer to have her own radio channel for a while.

According to reports from Variety, it was revealed that SiriusXM had planned to launch a limited-time Taylor Swift channel. While fans could tune in to check out the singer's pop hits, there was a catch. The channel, which was Channel 13, in honor of the 34-year-old's lucky number, would last for only thirteen days and would start on April 7th. Although it might not last for very long, fans will get to go on a journey of the 'Cruel Summer' singer's 17-year music career.
With fan-favorite tracks, the latest '(Taylor's Versions)' and even 'From the Vault' tracks set to be played, the broadcasting company will be giving fans 13 of the greatest days of their lives. However, the party does not stop there. Apart from an insane lineup of old songs, the channel will also play Swift's upcoming 'The Tortured Poets Department' for two whole days after its release on April 19th.
While every Swiftie would love to be a part of the magical experience, it ended up being revealed that not everyone could tune in to Channel 13.

Since the Grammy Awards earlier this year, Taylor Swift has been hyping up fans for her anticipated album, 'The Tortured Poets Department'. With the announcement of the SiriusXM channel for her music, fans had hoped that it was for everyone to be a part of. However, it ended up being revealed that only subscribers based in North America could tune into Channel 13 and experience the pop sensation's tumultuous journey through music.
Although other Swifties might be feeling a little left out from the group experience of the broadcasting channel, they can still check out the 34-year-old's music on platforms like YouTube, Apple Music, Spotify, and more, once it drops later this month.
