Who is the new artist in the upcoming album of Kanye West? 

Instagram has truly been a playground for artists to tantalize their devoted fans with hints. After Metro Boomin’s cryptic story, American musical artist Babyxsosa shared two stories on Instagram. In one story, she shared a post by one of Ye’s popular fan pages, captioning it as “Leaking rollouts”, with a thumbs-down emoji. In the other one, the ‘POP OUT’ singer casually sprawled across a bed.

What made her association with the album obvious was the fact that both pictures were from Kanye West’s studio in Los Angeles, which has recently been modified to a dormitory studio. This update surfaced moments after Ty Dolla $ign and Metro Boomin shared the news of Ye’s upcoming listening party event. Reportedly, Italy was the first choice for this event as West’s team was planning a concert there for promotions. 

However, the event’s future in Italy is now in question because of the significant obstacles it faced there.

Why is the Italy concert unlikely to happen?

Reports about Kanye West’s next started doing the rounds this summer. Despite a whirlwind of conjectures, neither a timeline nor the platform for its launch came out to the public. Fans finally let out a sigh of relief when the reports of West preparing for a concert at the RCF Arena in Reggio Emilia started featuring in the news headlines. However, recently Billboard Italy suggested that the event is “very unlikely” to move forward. 

Kanye West had to dismantle his stage, as he could not acquire proper permission for the event. On top of that, people are still nursing the wounds from Ye’s offensive statements. This called for an outrage among activists in Italy who protested against him. Nevertheless, Metro Boomin, who is reportedly a part of the upcoming collaboration, is currently in Italy, which is further making the Italy concert situation more puzzling.
