Taylor Swift commands an impressive army of fans thanks to her vast library of music that touches upon all ages and matters of the heart. The singer who started the year with her Eras Tour concert has found herself making inroads into Hollywood towards the end. A movie of the same name recently crossed past several big-budget blockbusters, including those from Marvel. Amid such a stunning high, her latest leg of the concert is causing a dent in her entire reputation, thanks to an ongoing blame game under the strict Brazilian heat.

Oncoming reports from Swift’s concerts in the South American nation are concerning, to say the least, and are facing a whole new degree of threat.

November 17 turned into a sorrowful event for all Swifties alongside Taylor Swift. Ana Clara Benevides Machado, an avid fan passed away during the show. Following this, the show stood postponed, and the singer sang a heartfelt obituary. However, the casualties did not limit itself there. A report by Daily Mail highlighted the plight of several other fans who suffered second-degree burns in the wait while Swift was yet to perform. The temperatures on that eventful day had reached a heat index of over 140 degrees Fahrenheit, owing to the humidity.

Soon reports emerged of over a thousand fans fainting at the venue with hundreds of others facing nausea and dizziness. In a blame game, fans defended Taylor Swift, as the event’s horrors were largely due to the shortcomings of the organizer, Time For Fun (T4F). Several fans tripped over and burned their backs while others too faced burn injuries owing to metal floorings that sweltered like an oven. Furthermore, alleged reports also mentioned water cups priced at over $1.80 for 350 mL, leading to further outrage.
