Kanye West, after having fought one of his biggest personal battles in the form of a $2.1 Billion divorce lawsuit with his wife, Kim Kardashian, was again hit with numerous legal battles last year. Having done his due diligence in most, the rapper has been blowing off steam by traveling. But right when he is on the brink of a comeback, the rapper’s name has been attached to a high-profile indictment. But this time it’s not him in the hot waters.

The Grammy-winning rapper has long been scrutinized for his connection with Donald Trump. However, it has been highlighted that his former attorney had much deeper ties to not just the former President but also his possible interference in the 2020 US Presidential Elections controversy.

While West has always been outspoken in his support of Donald Trump, he is fortunately not a part of this kerfuffle. The same cannot be said about Kutti, who has been indicted on the basis of video proof.

The ‘Donda’ rapper trusted his publicity with Trevian Kutti somewhere around 2018. And clearly, it has not gone well for either of them as they separated soon after.

Despite their affiliation not lasting very long, Kanye West and his former publicist have found themselves headed in the direction of the courtroom. While Ye may have been lucky in this case, it cannot be said about his other controversies.

Is Kanye West still facing legal battles?

Kanye West has recently appeared alongside Travis Scott in a pumped arena in Rome where the ‘Utopia’ singer more or less credited him for his success. And just like that, fans rejoiced at the comeback of Ye, the rap artist that shaped a generation. But a lot of the lawsuits filed against Ye in the past year have not enjoyed a similar happy ending.

Since the debacle last year, the artist has had numerous lawsuits under his name. While some have emerged in victory, there are many others that have not met a conclusion. In such cases, it is definitely questionable if the rapper and his fans will get to see a smooth comeback anytime soon.
