Kelce continued that just days before the Chiefs faced off against the Chicago Bears in September, he “threw the ball in her court.” He had done it by inviting her to the game during an interview on the same show. However, the athlete also ended up revealing that he knew Swift was going to come after his rather public invite. While that was the beginning of their ‘Love Story’, it seems to have worked out well with the singer attending 12 matches so far.

While the Kansas City Chiefs coach seemed to have no problems with her at Travis Kelce’s games, the athlete ended up sharing how he loved seeing his girlfriend supporting him during the same interview on The Pat McAfee Show.

He said, “I love it when Taylor comes and supports me and enjoys the game with the fam and friends.” The NFL star’s statement comes just weeks after his girlfriend met his brother and sister-in-law at the Chiefs vs Buffalo Bills game. Kelce also added that “it’s been nothing but a wonderful year,” referring to his relationship with Swift and the fact that his team had made it to the Super Bowl LVIII.
