After commencing in the month of March, the tour is currently finishing up its last leg of concerts in South America. For her millions of followers, her tour was nothing short of enthralling. After her back-to-back shows and enchanting the audience with her soulful yet highly relatable music, singer-songwriter Taylor Swift is all set to conclude her last leg of the Eras Tour in São Paulo. However, this would not be the end of the tour, as the 33-year-old singer would return with a bang in February after a well-deserved rest. The ‘Reputation’ singer has already finished two gigs in the Brazilian city and will headline the final one on November 26.
The third show would indeed be heart-grabbing, given the record-breaking outcome she’s had with the earlier two. Despite grappling with soaring temperatures, the Swifties proved yet again their love for the singer when the São Paulo concert made history with a record-breaking crowd. The crowd was so upbeat that some people had difficulty hearing the singer’s song. This, however, comes as no surprise given the singer’s massive global fan base.
The numerous achievements throughout the billion dollar Eras Tour were indeed heartwarming for the singer. However, they did not come without sorrows.

The rush and bustle of Swift’s concert on November 17 came to a halt when 23-year-old Ana Clara Benevides Machado died during the concert owing to the extreme heat. Following this, Swift canceled her next gig and performed a heartbreaking song for the obituary. However, the problems caused by the severe temperatures did not end there. Several more fans complained of getting second-degree burns after standing in line for more than 8 hours.
The weather was undoubtedly harsh, with temperatures reaching over 140 degrees Fahrenheit on that particular day. Even Swift was spotted gasping for oxygen several times on stage. Further, her supporters were ready to protect their artist throughout the disaster. In fact, they went on to champion that the entire horror of the concert was caused by the failings of the organizer, Time For Fun (T4F). This demonstrates that Taylor Swift’s devoted fan base will always be there for her in difficult times.
