As his Yeezy return to the market seems promising, the American rapper is reportedly working on a piece of new music. This is what producer Fya Man revealed in a recent interaction with the public. 

Kanye West as old Ye with new vibes 

The producer Fya Man conducted a rather interesting Q&A session on Reddit, discussing his coming endeavors and everything music. He also revealed new plans featuring Ye. Apparently, the ‘Donda’ singer is already working his Ye magic on a new song to make a comeback with a bang from the much-talked-about sabbatical. Man said it would be an album with “Old Ye but new with the times.” He dropped more hints, adding, “Music was worked on heavily, and the party was amazing,” referring to Ye’s birthday in June. The American rapper was involved in the writing process heavily, even during his birthday, and the Chicago-based producer termed it as “tedious.“

Man’s collaboration with the Donda Academy owner has been quite fruitful. He worked on the first ‘Donda’ album, and the sequel ‘Donda 2’ and also bagged an Emmy award for West’s ‘Hurricane’. As Fya Man got candid about the upcoming music and the return of Kanye West and his music era, he revealed some more information.

The new music is apparently “fire”

Fya Man dropped some very interesting insider information on the subreddit. Sharing his admiration of Ye, he said that he has worked on “countless” songs. Remembering his younger days as a producer, he recalled how he was on the Ye’s team for a few years before making it with the song ‘Wouldn’t Leave’. It was his favorite song for the same reason. When asked if he knew anything about new West music, he said, “Yes I do it’s fire.”

The Chicago-based music writer has worked with several stalwarts in the rapper industry. He is currently teamed up with Cardi B and Bella Blaq’s new album, separately. Having hoped for his career to make it as a “GOAT” producer, he drew parallels with Ye’s career, saying “He was the goat and waiting on his moment”.
