Kanye West is back at it again! His ongoing feud with Adidas is well-known to everyone. What was once a dynamic collaboration, pumping out the trendiest kicks, has turned into a hotbed of drama. But lately, a few murmurs suggested that Ye might be cooking up a new brand. Just when fans thought West was finally putting his long tussle with Adidas to rest and focusing on whipping up something fresh, the rapper unleashed a fresh batch of backlash onto the German sportswear giant.
The ‘Donda’ rapper recently went off on Adidas, sharing a string of stories where he accused the company of plotting against him.

“Yo,” the video message began, and then the rant followed with an alarming declaration: “Adidas is trying to destroy me,” said Ye. He took to Instagram to share two stories that are now deleted, venting about how Adidas treated him unfairly, from undermining his creative input to severing ties with him over a morality clause. He then accused the company of continuing to release products under his name despite their partnership ending long ago.
The rapper claimed that Adidas wrongly used his name on unauthorized color variations and unfairly sued him over business disagreements. This recent development in their ongoing feud came to light when Kanye West found out about Adidas’ intention to approve the Steel Grey 350 V2s with his designs. Consequently, on February 26, he took to Instagram to publicly call out his former business partner and essentially urge for a boycott. He also shared some alleged internal documents three days later.
The documents revealed a set of alleged directives from Adidas to its staff on how to respond to questions about Yeezy.

On February 29, Kanye West took to Instagram to share a picture of an alleged corporate document. It included instructions for employees of the apparel giant, Adidas, on how to communicate with consumers about the reintroduction of the Yeezy line. The document, dated February 26, outlined that Adidas retains exclusive ownership of the product, including the design rights for existing iterations and previous color schemes.
It showed Adidas’ commitment to honoring contractual obligations and coordinating product releases with former collaborators, as reported by Billboard. The document also seemed to instruct employees not to engage in lengthy discussions with customers regarding the Yeezy line. Instead, it directed them to a general email address to address their inquiries. However, soon after sharing the post, Kanye West, being true to his whims, deleted it from the platform.
