A Pissed off Ye? Fans Have a Different Opinion as the Rapper Boards Public Transport in Hong Kong

As years bleed into decades, Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, has proven that the norms do not apply to him, or at least he does not adhere to them, as he made eccentric outfits, the most unhinged jokes, reducing album deadlines to mere guesses, ranting, and most importantly his classic 'Ye' face, a constant. Ye's music has evolved in the past years, but his quirks have remained the same.

While the Atlanta rapper was traveling in public transport in Hong Kong, a video of him titled along the lines of him looking "pissed" started making the rounds. However, it was the very same face Ye had sported at the 2015 Grammy Music Awards as he said "I am just extremely happy, can you tell by my face," as he continued to hold a stoic expression.

Fans started debating over whether the rapper actually looks pissed or was it his classic resting face. However, the silver lining remained how Hong Kong has switched things up for Ye. Fans who just a few weeks ago were defending his honor as the 'washed out' allegations took the wheel, now have more than just his past masterpieces to prove their case.

Mike Dean Gets Severe Hate From Ye Fans, Following Uncalled-for Revelation of His New Album

The video featured Ye interacting with fans on public transport and while he does have glasses on and does not utter a word, fans are relentless in proving that he is anything but pissed.

Ye fans do not believe he is pissed in Hong Kong

Ever since Ye entered China, things have been quite amped up for the rapper and his fans. From when he had the entire stadium chanting "--ck Adidas" to bringing his kids up on stage, it seems the rapper was leaving no chance for anyone to say, they miss the "sweet Kanye,"  or that, at that time they would have liked to "meet Kanye." This was why when a video of him supposedly looking pissed surfaced, fans did not sit back, especially as it actually featured a very happy Ye trying to hold back his smile.

Fans suspected that the rapper was maintaining the expression so as to not lose out on aura points by giving fans a peak of his mushy smile.

Others responded to the "pissed" allegations with sarcasm as they reiterated how out of control he was and that he needed to be put in place immediately, a narrative that often follows Ye. Whether Ye was pissed or not, it was clear as they watched the video, that fans definitely were not.
