However, nothing is enough to make Ye lose his sleep and to be sure, he recently docked his base in a $35 million palatial estate in Beverly Hills.

Ye’s ever-expansive discography may have the music fans hawk-eyed, but his periodical amplification of his real estate has often had the housing fanatics in a chokehold. This year, the rapper bid farewell to quite a few gorgeous properties and compensated them with a $35 million mansion in Beverly Park North two months ago. According to a recent report by Page Six citing property records, this Mediterranean-style 20,000 square-foot-pad boasts two swimming pools on a seven-acre land with 11 bedrooms and 18 bathrooms.

The luxurious asset has a pool house complementing a separate entertainment pavilion. If one were to pan the cameras from inside, the Beverly Hills house consists of a contemporary kitchen with sleek wood cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances including two sinks and two ovens, surrounded by a breakfast nook with floor-to-ceiling windows. A breathtaking living room on the ground floor leads to the pool area and adjacent, is a big dining room.

For fans assuming that is it, there is actually more to the property than meets the eye.

According to Page Six, Ye’s $35 million luxury estate in Beverly Hills is not only a part of his portfolio expansion, but an architectural wonder of its own. It features a spiral staircase, “a modern outdoor bridge with skylight coverings,“ a marble hot tub indoor, and grand entryways leading toward each room. The washroom sinks are also lit up with vanity lighting. Plus, a gym overlooking the gardens of the property makes it a gorgeous property all in all.

As per a previous report by TMZ, the rapper got significant profit in an off-market deal with this mansion. Honey co-founder, George Ruan, reportedly splurged a whopping $44 million right before Ye for a property in the same neighborhood. The records also prove that Ye purchased the property under the same LLC he used to sell his Malibu home this year.
