Over the years, Taylor Swift has been in the spotlight constantly. She has also managed to shine a light on her three adorable feline companions, Meredith, Olivia, and Benjamin. While Swifties are no strangers to the singer’s love for her cats’ antics and just all cats in general, it looks like some of her close friends have also become a little taken with her little Scottish fold.

Though Swift has made various appearances with her cats, not many other stars have been seen hanging out with them. However, Ed Sheeran recently decided to change that.

In a recent post on X (formerly Twitter), it was revealed that Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran had met up briefly. While there were no pictures of them, the pictures of the ‘Lego House’ singer and the 33-year-old cat ended up making their way online. It was also confirmed that it was her cat, Meredith, in the snap by the markings on her back.

While it is not rare for followers of the pop sensation to catch a glimpse of her cats in her videos, not a lot of other celebrities have been seen cuddling up with them. Just before Meredith’s picture with Sheeran went viral, Taylor Swift ended up having one of her cats featured with her on her Time magazine cover.

Although it was not the first time that the singer had taken her pets to work with her, it was the most iconic time out of them all.

Over the years, Swifties have seen Taylor Swift bring her cats to interviews and more. While it does not always work out well for her, it ended up giving her cats way more exposure. Her second cat, Olivia, was said to be the third richest pet in the world, with a net worth of $97 million. Although her cats might almost be as famous as the singer herself, she recently shone the spotlight on her rag-doll cat, Benjamin Button.

The fluffy feline ended up making an appearance on the cover of Time’s Person of the Year. While it was no doubt a task getting her cat to stay still on her shoulders for a photo shoot, the singer somehow managed to pull it off. Hopefully, this time she did it without the scratches she got last time.
