$400 Million Rich Kanye West Boasts This One Precious Thing as ‘Most Expensive’
Kanye West is undeniably one of the most influential figures in the music industry. His impact extends beyond singing, as he is also an acclaimed fashion designer, producer, and entrepreneur. All these creative talents of the rapper brought him much fame and success, making him one of the richest celebrities in America. However, he lost his billionaire status in the blink of an eye with his anti-Semitism remarks on social media.
Despite all the damage, Ye is still worth millions and has this one precious thing treasured as the most expensive.

Kanye West is not short of expensive things he has earned through his music and multi-million-dollar deals with brands. But his Malibu house takes the top seat among all those possessions. The ‘Touch The Sky’ hitmaker bought this beachfront house for $57 million in September 2021, which was originally listed for $75 million. Renowned Japanese architect Tadao Ando designed this 5500-square-foot property in 2013.
Voice actor Edie Boddicker and her composer husband, Michael Boddicker, followed by Richard Sachs, previously owned it. The house features four bedrooms and five bathrooms having direct access to the Malibu beach and has the Pacific Ocean facing. However, the Grammy winner started a gut renovation of the pad right after taking the keys.
West halted the construction when he faced a massive financial catastrophe because of his hate speech. Meanwhile, new reports have revealed he has it on the market for sale.

On December 19, People rolled out an exclusive report informing Kanye West was selling his Malibu house. Selling Sunset star Jason Oppenheim has listed the property for $53 Million which was less than the price the singer purchased it for. The American real estate broker told the outlet that the pop icon removed the home’s interiors and installing new finishes would cost.
He also added that the house still has its structure intact, and it is “a unique home for a unique and discerning buyer”. So they will leave the interiors to the taste of the buyer. Meanwhile, as for the former billionaire, he currently lives in a Melrose penthouse with his wife Bianca Censori. The abode has a 24-hour concierge, a private theatre, a temperature-controlled pool, and a plush lounge-cum-bar.
