Julia Fox recently opened up to The Sunday Times about her past with Ye, expressing some regret over their brief fling. While hate is the polar opposite of the love they once shared, Fox did not shy away from using the word to describe that chapter of her life. Despite their relationship only lasting a few weeks, she revealed that the impact left a scar that will stick with her for life. “I don’t want to be known for being anyone’s girlfriend,” Fox admitted, laying it all out.

The 34-year-old actor called her time with the ‘Vultures’ rapper the “most uncomfortable” period. In her recent interview, Fox echoed what she had already shared in her memoir Down the Drain, released last October. She also credited her 3-year-old son, Valentino, as her “grounding force” during those tough moments, especially when things went south with Ye and their whirlwind relationship quickly became tabloid gossip after his split with Kim Kardashian.

While this is not the first time Fox has reflected on her relationship with Ye, it comes on the heels of her claims two years ago, where she said she dated the artist to distract him from his ex-wife.

In a TikTok video from November 2022, Julia Fox made some shocking claims while casually lounging on her bed and reminiscing about her dating phase with Ye. She claimed the rapper would flood her with texts while often criticizing her for her poor texting etiquette. Despite the rapper yelling at her, Fox admitted she thought she could “distract him and just get him to like” her, believing that might help take “him off of Kim’s case.”

Fox stated that if anyone could distract Ye, it was her. She maintained that the rapper acted normally when they were together. However, she revealed that their conversations never touched on past relationships. Now, as she reflects on their time together with a sense of regret, it highlights how much things can change over time.
