With the political storm brewing in the US and the Tinseltown stars publicly endorsing their symbol of hope, the rapper’s son, Saint West, recently went a little rogue on his YouTube channel for some unforeseen comments, prompting many to wonder if Kim Kardashian would intervene with the contract agreement they signed before the making of his account. But when she did, Ye’s fans mitigated like godparents, making a case for Saint’s YouTube jailbreak. 

Barely a day ago, Ye and Kim Kardashian’s 8-year-old son had social media buzzing after he posted two YouTube shorts, throwing shade at the Democratic Party Vice-President, Kamala Harris. While the comments were anything but supportive of the leader, those anti-Harris videos on YouTube violated the terms of Kardashian’s contract with her son, resulting in his channel’s takedown. Although the mother clarified that the contract was anything but a joke, the rapper’s fandom has gathered to shield Saint against the consequences.

About a month ago, Kim Kardashian and her son Saint West hit the headlines for an eyebrow-raising reason when she gave the green light for her 8-year-old to have his own YouTube channel. Now, while Kardashian is not exactly the by-the-book type, she does like to set some ground rules when it comes to her kids. Before the channel launched, the two signed a handwritten agreement—definitely not a “joke contract” in her words—that laid down the rules Saint had to follow to keep it running.

While Ye’s mini-me’s remarks on the political leader did make many ponder whether a motherly intervention would soon be in place, after Kardashian’s prompt action, the rapper’s fans were not ready to sit back and digest.

Kim Kardashian made it crystal clear from the get-go that the Kardashian house runs on her rules, which, by the way, are not a “joke.” Thus, any misstep, resulting in a damaging reputation and loss of trust, would have repercussions and even her agreement with Saint West outlined these policies rather clearly. However, after her actual implementation, Ye’s fans have grown sour, unanimously asking the mother of four to “free” the 8-year-old.

Many thought Saint’s behavior was a carbon copy of his father’s with his never-ending penchant for attracting the wrong side of attention.

On the flip side, some folks seemed less concerned about Saint West’s antics and more about Kim Kardashian putting him behind bars in YouTube prison. Although reactions like these will not exactly sway the mother from her parenting style, with the buzz even catching Ye’s fans' attention, North’s title as the ultimate mini-me may slip away since Saint is busy stepping up as the new baby Ye in town!
