Though Drake refuses the idea of Lamar supremacy, Love Island stars were recently caught in a tiff over the ‘Hotline Bling’ artist, sparking the embers of the flames that seemed to have settled. 

While many A-listers have thrown their hats in the ring, the Love Island icons had a full-blown battle brewing over a conversation that turned into pure chaos.

Just when fans thought the Super Bowl had settled the score between Drake and Kendrick Lamar, Love Island icons Serena Page and Kordell Beckham reignited the battle, courtesy of Drizzy himself. The duo recently sat down for Complex’s GOAT Talk, where the inevitable question arose: Who is the greatest rapper of all time? Without hesitation, Beckham threw Drake’s name into the ring, prompting a skeptical side-eye from Page.

Sensing the challenge, Beckham quickly went on the defense, calling out the tendency to downplay Drake in favor of Lamar. But Page was not biting. With a laugh, she shot back, “Who’s hating on Drake?” before steering the conversation back to GOAT territory, dropping names like Tupac and Snoop Dogg. While Beckham gave her pick a nod, he stood firm on his allegiance, arguing Drake defined his era, and for him, that made him the greatest.

Kendrick Lamar took center stage and finally addressed the rap battle, leaving mic-drop moments that history will never forget. But Drake was not losing his sleep over the most-watched halftime show. In an Instagram reel from his Anita Max Win Tour in Australia, Drake was caught shouting, “I survived, beef is live, spoiler alert, I never died.”

This could have been just another lyrical flex, given he is a wordsmith in his own right. But given the weight of their feud and the Super Bowl highlights, fans did not see it as a mere coincidence.
