Though connecting the dots between most of his cryptic clues has been challenging, this unveiling comes hot on the heels of his unrelenting verbal fireworks on the mother of four.

When Ye and Kim Kardashian reunited at a ‘Vultures’ listening party after the rapper’s 18 months of creative catnap, fans rejoiced for good reasons. But in the following months, everything seemed to be upended, with Kardashian revealing her solo-parenting journey because of the ever-absent Ye. Even then, the bad blood was not as imminent as today, and just when the fans thought it could not get worse, the rapper served a reminder of the $200K child support he pays every month to the reality TV star.

“I pay 200K a month in child support Just a reminder,” Ye reportedly tweeted after midnight on April 10. The ‘Bully’ artist paying $200K monthly in child support actually stems from his marital dissolution settlement with the SKIMS mogul. The deal was reached nearly two years following the elongated legal proceedings. This agreement grants the Atlanta native joint custody, ensuring equal access to their four children. It also stipulates a monthly child support contribution, deposited on the first day of each month.

Having said that, Ye’s contribution to child support with Kim Kardashian remains typically higher than the usual. 

According to Daily Loud, Ye’s monthly payment to Kim Kardashian in child support reportedly makes it the highest in American history. OloriSuperGal Media on Instagram reports that in states similar to California, typical child support payments often range from a few hundred dollars monthly. However, the substantial figure in this case reflects the luxurious upbringing of the Kardashian-West children. 

The child support encompasses expenses such as private school tuition, extensive security measures, and full-time care provided by professional nannies. The Guardian put up a figure amounting to $430 a child each month in California in 2022, when the settlement was actually made. Although the sudden reminder might raise an eyebrow or two, it does not come as a surprise, as it should, especially after Ye’s confessions of not wanting kids with Kardashian.
