Netflix shared three more photos from the highly anticipated Money Heist season 5 after sharing the first look recently.

Money Heist does need no introduction at this point. A Spanish-language Netflix Original series, it first aired on the streaming platform in May 2017. Telling about a group of criminals from various backgrounds who are brought together by a mastermind going by Professor, Money Heist quickly became a sensation. The first season followed the crew’s story to hit the Spanish Royal Mint, but things got even more intense in the next seasons.

The story escalated quickly following the first season, and there are currently four seasons of Money Heist on Netflix. They released the latest season in April 2020, so fans have been waiting for a long time for the next season of La Casa de Papel. Unfortunately, it was among the productions affected by the pandemic. Don’t worry though, as we’re pretty close to its release now.

The crew announced the release date of the fifth season back in May. Since then, the wait has been harder and harder for the fans. Fortunately, Netflix gave us some first-look photos in recent days. Those photos showed us the struggle of the team, presumably against the law enforcement forces. And now, they shared a bunch of new photos, which give off a similar vibe to the earlier ones.

Netflix shared those photos in the scope of their event Geeked Week. There have been many announcements and new trailers for Geeked Week so far, and there’s more on the way. They’re probably going to share the trailer for The Witcher season 2 as well. Anyways, let’s check out the new photos from Money Heist season 5 for now.

As we mentioned in the article, the photos focus on the battle scenes just like the earlier ones.

The first photo is probably taken while the law enforcement was trying to get in, given the RPG that Palermo is holding. Besides, the team looks ready to engage at any moment.

The second photo, on the other hand, is from the other side. The army is laser-focused on their objective, and they are waiting for orders.

We see Rio alone in the last photo with a rifle in his hands. He seems to be outside in rain, but he could be underground as well. All we know is he’s in some deep trouble.

We’ll know what those photos actually mean when Netflix releases Money Heist season 5. Until then, those will all be just speculations. But when is Netflix going to give us the next season of Money Heist? Let’s check it out.

Netflix announced the release date of Money Heist season 5 quite recently. However, the season won’t be on Netflix as usual. That’s because Netflix will release it in two different parts.

They will release the first part of Money Heist on September 3rd. Exactly three months after that, we’ll see the second part of Money Heist season 5. Each part will presumably consist of five episodes, given the season’s episode count of 10.

Season 5 will mark the end of Money Heist‘s long run. It’s going to be the last season. Let’s hope they can give us a good ending that’ll honor the series!
