Netflix finally announced the release date for Money Heist season 5, which will be available in two different parts.
Money Heist is a Spanish-language Netflix original heist drama that debuted with its first season in 2017. It tells of a group of criminals that a mastermind brings together to pull off an exceptional heist in the Spanish Royal Mint. After the first season, things get bigger and more intense.
Ever since its release, fans have adored the series. Therefore, Netflix followed the story with three additional seasons. There are currently four seasons of Money Heist on Netflix, and fans have been waiting for the fifth one since April 2020, the release of the fourth season.

We earlier learned that the Money Heist star Alvaro Morte finished shooting his scenes. Soon after that, Netflix announced that they wrapped up shooting the season. We figured the announcement of a release date was imminent, and it happened to be so. Netflix announced the release date of season 5 with a little bit of a twist. They are going to release the last season of Money Heist in two parts with an interval of two months.

The two earlier seasons had eight episodes each, but that’s not going to be the case for Money Heist season 5. The last season of the popular heist drama is going to have 10 episodes.
There were some rumors about the last season having more than ten episodes. However, it turned out they do not reflect the truth.
The season is not going to be released with all episodes together, as Netflix is planning to divide it into two parts. Each part is probably going to have five episodes as opposed to the other seasons of Money Heist.
Money Heist really needs no introduction at this point, but here’s a synopsis:
“An unusual group of robbers attempts to carry out the most perfect robbery in Spanish history – stealing 2.4 billion euros from the Royal Mint of Spain.”

A chain of events unveils after the first attempt of that criminals, leading to a great drama with three more seasons. We’re going to see what’s going to happen in the finale season of the series.
Unfortunately, Money Heist will end with season 5. Many fans think that this is more than enough, but it’s still disappointing for some others. Let’s hope the finale is going to be a good one following four seasons of breathtaking events.
