Today is a huge day for football fans all over the globe. The UEFA Champions League final takes place today between the Liverpool FC and Real Madrid CF. Everyone will be tuning in to watch the epic showdown between the two titans in what can be called the most important event of the year. However, Millie Bobby Brown, whom we all love as Eleven, will also be rooting for The Reds. And she will not be alone.

Football is a huge sensation in England. And the loyalty to your club is of the utmost importance. Once a fan, always a fan. And Millie pleaded her allegiance to The Reds a long time ago.

An old interview when Millie was just a season old in the Stranger Things talked about her love for Liverpool and how her whole family is a huge fan of the club.

In the interview, she talks about how it was her father who got Millie her first Liverpool kit. And it is her brother, Charlie, who is the biggest Kopite in their family. “I love Liverpool,” says the actress.

The Stranger Things star then went on to express her love for watching the games by saying, “When I’m in America, it is like 4am, and we’re watching the game. When we’re here(England), it’s obviously whenever the games are on. We get people over – it’s an event for us.”
