Before that, COVID-19 pandemic we know Netflix filming for season 5 also shares a photo from their first day. This is Netflix’s latest revival they pick up the series from FOX. They already canceled the series after the first 3 seasons. After the fans campaign and Netflix took the Lucifer on the surface again. Firstly they added the early seasons of Lucifer were added to the platform in 2019. Then release the season 4 premiered exclusively on Netflix worldwide on May 8th, 2019.

“Lucifer, bored and unhappy as the Lord of Hell, resigns his throne and abandons his kingdom for the gorgeous, shimmering insanity of Los Angeles, where he gets his kicks helping the LAPD punish criminals.”
Also, series lead role Tom Ellis reveals some details on The Kelly Clarkson Show: “Season 5 is going to be split into two halves. Netflix is going to drop eight episodes, then there’s going to be a little break, then another eight episodes.” The main cast for the new season also includes Tom Ellis, Lauren German, Rachael Harris, D.B. Woodside, Aimee Garcia, Kevin Alejandro, and Lesley-Ann Brandt. Also, created by Tom Kapinos.

There’s no official release date yet. But we expect the production on season 5 release but the first half is now ready to release as we’ll watch very soon.
