Loud Crowd Welcomes King Charles as he kicks start his World Debut with first Overseas State Visit to Germany
Following the excessively warm welcome scenarios at the scheduled state Visit from France, King Charles has already changed paths and landed up in another European land, Germany. As reported earlier, due to some unavoidable circumstances, the King had to do a last-minute change to his royal engagements. Nonetheless, the royal state visit has officially commenced.
Along with his wife, Queen Consort Camilla, the monarch of the United Kingdom, landed in Berlin, the capital city of the country. No sooner did the long step down from the royal airlines that the crowd started cheering for the new couple with all their might. Hoards of fans made it overwhelming for him. Following his arrival, he met with the eager fans crowding at the airport.

The couple received a 21-gun salute after landing, followed by two military jets performing a flyover. His first official speech as the King of the United Kingdom in a foreign land started off by thanking the “generosity of spirit of the German people”. He had been struck by the warmth of friendship between our nations. Hosted by the German president, they headed for the state banquet where King Charles delivered the speech in half in the German language.
As scheduled, the couple also graced the Brandenburg Gate to acknowledge The Corps team of Royal Engineers. Following this, the German president and his wife escorted the royal couple to a lavish white-tie dinner at Schloss Bellevue, the official residence of the President.

As reported by various outlets, the day King Charles landed in Germany was exactly the day six years ago to Brexit. While the monarch plans to tour more significant European countries, it is believed that they are opening a new chapter in everyone’s life.

As they started to get down to work, King Charles rendered all of his duties, which the very first engagement being on sustainability. He was supposed to address more critical amoles of society like hydrogen and renewable to tackle rising issues like industrial decarbonization and others.
